Marolin specialise in the manufacture of hydraulic hedgecutters, for maintaining hedges, bushes, shrubs, verges and more.
Included in the range that we offer are:
Trimmy Hedgecutter Range
Consisting of Trimmy Safe, Trimmy Evo Safe and Trimmy Evo Pro, these compact ‘garden’ hedgecutters are ideal for cutting hedges and bushes and are suited for 18-30hp tractors.
Each with a 150cm hedge bar, cutting a maximum 3cm thickness of branch, they can be left or right fitting, have remote controls with 4 flexible cables, stabilisers, mechinical safety stops for road transport, double direction of rotation of the motor and super rotation of the cutter bar.
There are a range of options including front mounted, saw 3-disc bar, anti-tip over support wheels, electronic controls and video screen control.
M290S Hedgecutter
Suitable for 30-40hp tractors, the M290S has a 60cm cutting head and is ideal for cutting hedges and bushes and can be fitted to work left or right, has an adjustable 90mm rear roller, removable front rotor hood, 6-row helical rotor, cardan shaft, stabilisers and floating system on the first arm and on the rotor.
Options include electric controls, video screen system, rear shock-proof bar with LED light, 100cm direct transmission cutting head, front mounting, a choice of heads including saw 3-disc bar, and 360° super rotation.
M380S Hedgecutter
Suitable for 40-50hp tractors, the M380S has an 80cm cutting head with scraper and is ideal for cutting hedges and bushes and can be fitted to work left or right, has an 8-row helical rotor, 120cm adjustable rear roller, removable front rotor head, cardan shaft, heat exchanger, floating system on the first arm and on the rotor and hydraulic safety on the second arm with adjustable automatic return valve.
Options include electric controls, video screen system, proportional load sensing electric control and starting of the rotor, 100cm direct transmission cutting head, a variety of heads including a saw 3-disc bar and front mounting kit.
M480S Hedgecutter
Suitable for 65-75hp tractors, the M480S is an ideal farm hedgecutter thanks to its 100cm cutting head with scraper and 10-row helical rotor. Other standard features include double oil filter, floating system on the first arm and on the rotor, heat exchanger, cardan shaft, articulated knives, 140mm adjustable rear roller, removable front rotor hood, rear shock-proof bar with LED light and hydraulic safety on the frame with accumulator with automatic return of the arms.
Options include electric controls by means of an ergonomic monolever (ON-OFF), proportional load sensing electric control EPP, electric starting of the rotor, various cutting head options including a branch cutter, saw 4-disc cutter, 8 cutter bar, 150cm and 180cm hedge cutter and front mounting kit.
M560S Hedgecutter
Suitable for 75-85hp tractors, the M560S is an ideal farm hedgecutter thanks to its 100cm cutting head with scraper and 10-row helical rotor. Other standard features include double oil filter, floating system on the first arm and on the rotor, rear shock-proof bar with LED light, hydraulic safety on the frame with accumulator with automatic return of the arms, heat exchanger, cardan shaft, 120mm adjustable rear roller, removable front rotor hood and articulated knives.
